noun. a term referring to self motivated black man who strives for the best and usually chooses an alternative root than his peers in fear of ending up like them. He often is independent and does his own thing so his doesn't owe any favors.

That kid Isaac is going to go somewhere in life, yes he definitely has inner iswag.
