When referring to hookah, someone who acts like they know what they are talking about, but it is obvious they don't.

Joe: " Hey man, can we try the melon?"

Hookah Douche: "You sure man? It's pretty harsh..."

Joe: (Sarcasticly)"Hey man you were right, it was pretty harsh."

Hookah Doncic (or correctly spelled Hookah Dončić) is a nickname for the young slovenian NBA Allstar Luka Dončić aka. „Luka Magic“ who playes for the Dallas Mavericks.
In the summer of 2021 a picture of him enjoying a hookah went viral, thats where Hookah Doncic was born.
