holeshiner

the action a police officer (or other in authority) performs when searching the alleged criminal's posterior for weapons and/or paraphernalia. Usually involves latex gloves and a flashlight, hence "holeshiner".

Person 1:"Dang dude, that cop has that guy laying down on the hood of his car with his pants down!"

Person 2: "Yeah, he's definately geting a holeshiner"

Very similar to exclaiming Holy shit! But with the 'terrific' at the end, you are exclaiming holy shit as a good thing.
