gymatard

A gymatard is the name of a person who executes superior gymnastic skills in the form of cartwheeling over cement blocks at skate parks across the country.

They are also known for rolling around in the grass looking like they have a disorder of some kind.

Rachelle: Who is that guy doing crazy tricks in that skate park over there ?

James: Oh, that's Keaton.

Rachelle: What is he doing exactly ?

James: He's practicing gymatard.

Rachelle: Wow, he's amazing!!

noun. a person with a particularly low IQ that tends to frequent the gym on a daily basis; they're all brawn and no brains.

gymtard

One who finds themselves disoriented and confused at the gym (no matter how many times they've worked with trainers), walks around aimlessly, baffled by the equipment.

I know I'm supposed to do something with those weights but I'm such a gymtard.

Mary came out of her pilates class with the intention of continuing her workout, but she looked around, not knowing where to begin and felt like such a gymtard that she fled to the juicebar.
