A mandatory responsibility to either wolf something down or make sounds like a turkey.

If you feel like you have a gobbligation to consume an edible at breakneck speed (like at a pie-eating contest), you'd risk developing such a tummy-ache afterwards dat you'd make agonized noises dat might indeed resemble how a large bulky wattle-sporting bird sounds off.

Gobbelization

Globalization + gobble: a portmanteau of an interesting meaning. It's when bigger fish eat the smaller ones, like what's happening in most Arab countries that have no other choice but to follow the much-hated 'popular capitalism' mantra that America and other developed 1st-Worlders are singing in our ears. Also called McWorld.

Gobbelization is eating at the 3rd-World and leaves in its trail what has been called the 'economic waste' of the 'Global Pillage'!

Hobbligation (n.)(-s); One’s hobby/ies that becomes so important its fulfillment or practice overrules the practice of other activities, such as school, seeing friends or participating in daily maintenance (eating, sleeping, etc.).
