b) edited to clumsily add text like 'Bling' 'gangsta' 'xscenex' or crude effects

c) edited in a roundabout or rough way by someone unfamiliar with Photoshop tools.

The use of sub-par picture editing tools like Powerpoint or MS Paint to "shop" an image when Photoshop is too expensive and one is too lazy to learn how to use GIMP.
