Gap Moe is when a character does something completely contradictory to what their usual habits/personality/character/appearence dictates.

Gap Moe 

A character that looks moe, and doesn't behave moe
or, a character who looks mature but behaves in a cutesy way

Even though it contains the word moe in it, this also can be used in general
for any type of character whose looks are opposite to their personality/behavior.

Midori Takamine's body grew faster, in contrast to his shy and insecure self.

Tanya Degurechaff can look like a cute kid, but in reality they're a 42 year old sociopath.

Both are a prime example of what 'Gap Moe' means.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
