A social gathering or other environment with large numbers of women present, often in a drunken or otherwise sexually receptive state.

This creates a situation with an overwhelming variety of cheap, easy options similar to a cafeteria at lunchtime.

That residence party was a total fuckateria, but Dave still can't get himself laid.
