Fat Spastic Jogger - a phrase coined in the early twenty first century to describe people that try to be 'runners' but aren't very good at running, in fact, they're rubbish at running. They also tend to be overweight when compared to real runners - who are skinny. FSJs also have poor running form and style, hence: spastic.

Jimmy is a real FSJ. He thinks he's good, but really he's a fat spastic jogger.
