When someone is acting like they are going crazy because they are juggling between to members of different gender.
Displaying in other words frantic behaviour with regards to their personal relationships.

I talked to Chris today and he was making fun of your drama with your wife . I laughed at him and said he was the one that had drama with all his franandick b.s. between his boyfriend and girlfriend.
