The act of standing on the rails of a public bathroom stall and pooping into the toilet while perched upon the rails. Could also be done many other ways such as on a tree down to the ground. Or on top of a big building. Or on top of a knocked out persons face.
The bathroom at mcdonalds smelled like shit because someone missed an eagle drop.
