Heres some qualities of a Dixiephile:
1) Someone pretends to talk with a Southern accent.
2) Only listens to music made in the South.
3) Usually eats alot of things considered to be southern food like fried chicken.
4) If someone bashes the South, then the dixiephile is offened him/herself.

A person not born or raised the south eastern United States that takes heavy interest in a south eastern lifestyle and culture.
Person 1: "Person 3 has been acting differently, he's been making a lot of gumbo and always listening to Jerry Reed."
Person 2: "I guess he's a Dixiephile!"
Person 2: "I guess he's a Dixiephile!"
