I can't believe it! In an unusual show of patience and seasonal spirit over the Christmas period I cut the seller a break when he gave me a sob story about how his partner had left him and he was trying to deal with the couriers to arrange a claim over the "damaged-in-transit" (ie. shoddy!) items he sent me.
