dead-lip

Basically when someone goes in for a kiss, the other person just allows the first person to kiss them without kissing back. A tactic used to show reluctance without repulsion.

Person 1: So what was your first kiss like?
Person 2: It was pretty shitty. I got dead-lipped.
Person 1: Unlucky. I guess she really didn't want to be kissed.
