This is in reference to the Clinton's(Hillary, Bill, or Chelsea) ability to lie, flip flop, or forget about what they said, stances they took, etc. This word can also apply to many politicians but it's born out of Hillary Clinton's latest campaign for the presidency. It's when a politician flip flops on issues, deny they said something(when there is evidence), or forgets. It's a combination of the word dementia and the Clinton last name.

Hillary Clinton believe that marriage was a sacred act between a man and a woman. In 2015, Hillary said she supports gay marriage. Hillary is exhibiting symptoms of deClintia .

Donald Trump tweeted that no one remembers who comes in 2nd place in 2013. Donald Trump must have deClintia because after the Iowa caucus, he tweeted that he came in a strong 2nd and that it was an great honor.

Definition Declination Disorder 

A disorder suffered by people who repeatedly have their Urban Dictionary submissions declined for reasons unknown. Symptoms include anger, feelings of inadequacy, hypertension, depression, and poor self-image.

Bob's chronic depression was finally lifted after his years of submissions finally came to frution with an acceptance email from Urban Dictionary. His Definition Declination Disorder had finally been overcome.

Declinism 

The stupid ideological lens that most millennials look through nowadays. Most often expressed in the form of pessimistic sentiments such as "XXXX was a horrible year, I hope next year will be better". Ironically they say that for every year regardless, as they'll always find something horrible that happened.

The opposite of declinism is looking at the world through rose-tinted glasses. Both opposites are bad.

The correct view is to fully embrace in the good aspects while still acknowledging the bad.

After Trump became president at the end of 2016, it seems that the broad population of young American adults have slowly started adopting the view of declinism.

(n). The frustrating process of having a seemingly fast download sporadically begin to slow its download speed gradually until reaching zero k/b per second. What was once a promising download is now a dead 1/2 song or file that will not move.

Dude I've been trying to download that new Lil Wayne mixtape all day but there's so many people downloading it that it's hard to get a good link. All 10 tries have resulted in declining download deaths. Sucks.
