cupcake life 

a phrase describing the life or living conditions of someone who has lived accustomed to safety and security, usually from an early age, relatively free from most of the hardships and forms of stress that are experienced by a majority of people. A person who has had a cupcake life may start out with built-in advantages, yet struggle to maintain or get ahead when called upon to fend for him/herself.

Kevin complains that he has to work and pay his own bills. It's no surprise that he grew up having a cupcake life in which he was supported by his parents and lived comfortably in the suburbs.

Used when someone suggests doing something that is obviously dangerous and stupid.

"You should climb up it and jump off. Just remember to roll when you land."
