when something is hideous and needs tears to register the true awfulness of it...... can also be used in positive connotations by adding the word NOT in front

a= rachael " what do you think of my new dress" jordanna ..." it's not cryable"
b= rachael " aaaaaarrrrrggggh my toenails broke in two" jordanna "oooh thats cryable"
