a person who has no personality and therefore steals other peoples mannerism, wit, stories or banter in order to fit in and seem cool. similar to a swacker.

a bunch of dudes were on a trip and came up with a slogan for it calling it vulgaria. it is strictly used by the guys who were there as they were the only people who witnessed the debauchery. a guy who was not on the holiday keeps reminissing about storys that happened as if he was there but he wasnt.
