The 18-wheeler filled with nuke waste jackknifed on the Seymour Butts Highway, spilling radioactive waste into the sewage system, polluting a local pond and playground, and creating a serious clusterius fornecatus.

clusterfutopia 

an idea, grounded in fantasy, prejudice, extremism, or a combination of all of the above, that prescribes a solution the author believes will result in some kind of utopian outcome, but the rest of the world realizes will result in a complete and total clusterfuck.

clustercuss 

1. A less-profane, more whimsical way of referring to a clusterfuck.

2. A situation involving a large amount of confusion, disorder, or mayhem-- usually with many people present.

Attributed to the Wes Anderson film "Fantastic Mr. Fox" (2009). In the film, "cuss" replaces curse words in the main characters' speech, thereby allowing dialogue that is humorous and emphatic but still appropriate for younger audiences.

This is going to be a total clustercuss for everybody.

Having the properties of a cluster. Similar to cluster, this is a polite way to reference a clusterfuck.
