1. Someone with no foreskin, commonly of Jewish descent.

2. Someone with the name of Miles, can be both 1 and 2.

3. Someone who lost their foreskin for medical reasons.

4. Someone who is mocked for acting Jewish and becomes an honourary "Cliptip".

1. Miles - Waddup everybody.
Bob - Waddup Cliptip.

2. Miles - Anyone want to play football with me?
Bill - Nah man you're a Cliptip.

3. Alfred - Oh no my foreskin has been removed.
Brian - Hey buddy you're now a Cliptip.

4. Vessey - Good Day.
Everyone - Shut it Cliptip.
