It’s a Hindi slang, can be used literally and figuratively. Its literal mean is “some sucking thing” or “one who sucks”. Its figurative mean is “fool who make you feel bore”, “boring”, “someone who exhaust you” , “very tough and hard laborious work require lot of effort”

Abe is choosak ke paas mat ja choos lega tere ko,

Ye padhayi to bahut choosak hai sala meri to fat gayi isko karane main,

Bhai us professor ke paas mat jana sala bahut bada choosak hai bore kar dega,
