A shift in conversation to faggotry connotations that lets you know your bro thinks of you as a potential boyfriend or butt to pirate
Frequent "slips" into brohomoism conversation was the first warning sign his bro was really a homo.
Guys can't be bros with homos who fancy them. if the conversation is considered brohomoism by both guys the feelings are possibly mutual on some level. Do NOT conflate bro affection, brofection, with faggotry

Similar to "no homo". If brohomo is called, the prior/proceeding action/statement cannot be looked down upon or called 'gay', because the two persons in question are bros.
Bro A: "Dude, I saw you fuck that chick last night."
Bro B: "...you watched me?"
Bro A: Brohomo man.
Bro B: "...you watched me?"
Bro A: Brohomo man.
