The resentful desire of another woman's bigger or more beautiful breasts. Commonly remarked upon when one female is caught glimpsing into another woman's bosom with a look of envy on her face.
The opposite should really be called reverse boob envy or small boobs envy.

Reverse boob envy, also known as small boobs envy, is not well known to most men, but is felt by many women to be true, since small breasts are often more practical, and not seldom just as beautiful as bigger jugs.

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
