Another term (alt: sissy bar) for the vertical fender strut, passenger handhold combo on some, mostly custom choppers & other motorcycles, referring to the almost exclusive female designation of the rear passenger of said chopper; i.e: the bar that the bitch hangs on to.

The proper term used to describe the girl you've been making eye contact with from across the bar all night. It's dark, the alcohol is pumping, and the height of the bar reaches her chest. After you buy her a drink or two, you go over to her and realize she's a heffer. Sucks to suck, she's a bar bottom bitch.
