To hog to one's self, not passing the joint when the time is deemed. The socially acceptable time comes after two puffs. And then it is passed to the left, because the 'right' way is the wrong way.

"Hey man, are you gonna keep beaugarding that joint? Puff, puff, pass man...."

Being mischievous and causing trouble wherever you go accompanied with shady characters of many types.
