American Star

A diner in Lansdale, PA where kids go because there is absolutely nothing to do. Local people either get coffee or nothing at all and it's a mystery how the diner is still in business. It is crowded with punk kids, weirdos, perverts, gangstas, and hipsters.

This is most often confused with actual starvation. It's the time when one thinks one is about to die of hunger, when actually, Americans have no idea what starving is because they are, on average, fed three meals a day.
