a fromsa 

1. A being with very little intelligence and therefore makes fun of others to cover it up. A Fromsa is also very kind but singles out one person (gelila) and attacks them for no reason. This type of human being only comes once in a lifetime and can only be described with this word.

2. An action that involves a series of stupid decisions and ideas. Usually these ideas lead to serious damage either to the person who acted upon it, another bystander, or an item or property of some sort.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead.
