Someone who attempts to include themselves in a conversation or group gathering with the disapproval of the other group members.
A scrape can be notified of their scraping through the use of the words "scrape out"

scrape a bowl

to scrape the inside if a bowl used for smoking marijuana by taking wire(usually from the side of notebooks) and wiggle it around and literally scraping the resin off the sides and bottom of the bowl so u can smoke the resin. when scraping a glass bowl with a carb stick the end of the wire in the carb hole.

Tom:"im gonna scrape a bowl i have ".
John:"a'ight hope theres enough in there to get ya high".
