When the word gratz become too cliche and people grow tired of it, especially in MMORPG's when feats/achievements are announced, you can say "ztarg" in its place.

Person1: Ding!/I just gained a new level!

Person2: Gratz!

Person3: Gratz!

Original Person1: Ztarg!

Zarghami

A name commonly given to the pimp of a town, someone who owns everything and everyone, and is given free access to any of his (or her) desires. It is synonymously used with the term ‘big dick’.

“If I were the Zarghami here, I would make everyone suck me all the time”

“Oi Zarghami, where are all the bitches you promised”
