Wipfler

a someone who wants to own a six foot penguin and thinks that snake skinned boots are hot. Loud and obnoxious, is a distraction in class...don't sit next to them. they also hiccup loudly. (generally one loud time) They also get called a wiffelball

I saw a Wipfler the other day and it was impossible to focus in class, that Wipfler is so loud!
