Wellrough 

Wellrough is the nickname for Wellingborough, a small town found in the East Midlands in Northamptonshire. Since the town is full of Chavs, the area has now been seen as rough.

Thus if you remove the 'ingbo' from Wellingborough, it becomes Wellrough.

Chav #1: 'Mate you coming out tonight with me and the rest of the gang?'

Chav #2: 'Yeah, were going Wellrough enit blud?'
