Similar to a wasteman, a washman is ‘has been’ wasteman. Usually incapable of making or organising plans and regularly fails be accepted in normal society.

Person 1: Hey there’s Jamal, should we invite him to our gathering?

Person 2: No he’s a washman.

In other words has skin like a ginger, or burns easily without catching colour in the sun.

Notorious washmen are albino's. examples of washmen are robert pattinson and darnell swallow.
E.g Darnell swallow is a washman.
