The abbreviated form of "wait, why don't I have a boyfriend?" which is said out loud, or to one's own self, after doing something disgusting, perverse, vulgar, etc. that most men would find absolutely repulsive.

After dropping a huge TSR I wondered aloud, "WWDIHAB?" Is this why? Yeah, probably.
