Upside the head

A slapping of one's head with an open hand or penis. In order to successfully complete a slap upside the head, the slap must be in an upward motion. The point of contact is usually on the side of the head or occasionally, towards the back and always around the ear. These types of slaps are brought on by those who something completely idiotic, who just don't get it, who owe money or just don't know how to listen. This variation of the slap is not meant to physically hurt, just insult/demean them and hurt their feelings becuase they are a complete moron or they owe you a lot of money. It can also be used as a type of dick slap meant to put your bitch in her place.

Him - "Hey! I can't believe my bike just got stolen."
Me "Oh my god! How did that happen"
Him "Well, i left it in the alley and didn't bother to lock it"
Me "You are stupid and will need to be slapped upside the head."

"My dear, I must say today's ball-sucking session is quite subpar and may call for dick slap upside thy head."

smack upside the head

To extend your arm so that your hand is below the back of a person's head and thrust your hand upwards so that your palm hits them square in the back of the head.

This is typically done when someone does something stupid or just to humiliate/annoy them.

When Rose started to take diet pills, her mother gave her a smack upside the head to knock some sense into her.

As John sat in the passenger seat, the driver acted like her was streching, but really smacked John upside the head and hillarity ensued.
