A spastic reaction by a teenager, often kicked off when a parent says no. It may also occur when the teen is faced with unwanted challenges, such as cleaning a bedroom on a Saturday morning or doing homework. The most dramatic teentrums are often performed by girls.
What is wrong with her? Oh, nothing really. She is having a teentrum because I wouldn't give her $20 to go to the movies.
