"Too wet to concentrate", in reference to a state of sexual arousal resulting in a distracting moistening of one's genitalia, usually experienced at an inopportune moment.
Similar to acronyms like "lol" or "ttyl" in its common usage. For instance, "I'm twtc right now!" or "He made me twtc at work after we spoke."
