When someone, usually a female, accuses their significant other of some trifling offence in order to stir up drama.

Sara: Oh my god, my roommate was up until one a.m. on the phone with her boyfriend asking who was calling him at midnight the night before - asking for a name and shit.
Kelsi: Tell her to quit being so damn susbitchous and go to sleep.

Adjective. When a person seems to have intentions to be a total bitch, but it cannot yet be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. In short, a suspect bitch.
