An illogical conflation of two adjectives (super & excited) to describe your emotional state when you are extremely hyped-up like a a six year old child on Christmas Eve. It is used mostly by immature celebrities and teenage girls to get their dopamine levels up when they don’t have access to any other alternative.
I can’t believe it; I’m just so superexcited that Justin Bieber is coming to open the new cookie shop in the mall.

Get the Superexcited mug.
A word that has gained more traction in recent years and coopted by the marketing industry to get you to buy or do something.

If you do encounter anyone who is either "excited" to announce, or "super-excited" to offer you something, then run for cover and never look back.

Otherwise it means to be happy, animated, ebulliant, ecstatic, expectant, gleeful and so forth.
"We are superexcited to announce the new latex body-fitting automatic penis cleaner."
"I'm excited to advise you that your divorce is now finalized."
"Frank was superexcited to learn his wife had left town."
