Smegarette 

A cigarette that is made up of tobacco, dried smegma, pubes and arsehole hairs. Usually rolled when times are getting desperate.

John: “Dang man I’m out of cigarettes. Time to dip into the smegarettes.”
Phil: “agh that’s nasty man, go and smoke it over there I don’t want no smeg smoke.”

especially useful to any group of people inebriated by psychedelics (particularly, a dangerous dosage of LSD and shrooms) due to the bursts of laughter in the tripper's friends generated by the utterance of this word, whether purposely or accidentally slurred.
