Means, roughly, "Please endeavor to give me the personal space that i desire while i'm buying, selling, distribting, or using crack cocaine." Old Phoenix (AZ) slang.

On a Stack no Lack 

this sentence is used as a extreme level of Deadass, this goes beyond just saying "on a stack" which means extremely decades, " on a Stack no lack" means your are very deadass to the point where there is no lack in your deadass.
example:
friend 1 : your girl cheated on you with me.
friend 2 : your joking ..haha
friend 1 : no am for real on a stack.
friend 2 : cant be .
friend 1 : am on a stack no lack.
friend 2 murders friend 1, no doubts.

Stack-a-Lackin'

When consuming alcoholic beverages, Stack-a-Lackin' is the point in time (that usually doesn't last long) where you are past having a buzz, but not yet to the state of being drunk. It is usually hard to tell when exactly you are Stack-a-Lackin', but your best bet is just to say you are when everyone else starts saying it.

Also known as having a 'heavy buzz'.
Jethro: "Hey man, you d-dr-drunk yet?"
Stumps: "Nah man, I'm Stack-a-Lackin'!"

stack-a-lackin 

a state of comfortable intoxication from alcohol (usually beer) and possibly marijuana; the beautiful place between "tipsy" and "drunk" or "crossed" at which an individual feels his absolute best during his or her evening.

after another rip off the joint, one might say he or she is "stack-a fuckin-lackin"
