One who pretends to consume more of an alcoholic beverage than they really do

That's Derek, he's a sipocrite. He once did a keg stand for 2 minutes without drinking anything.
Tina is the worst sipocrite of them all. She didn't finish a single can of beer during Thunderstruck.
