It's used as an adjetive to describe something cooler than the coolest you can ever think of. It's beyond awesome. It's supercool! When words like cool and awesome aren't enough, scythe comes around and saves the day. Not to be overused.

A scythe is a metal blade, usually curved, on the end of a pole or stick so the the blade sticks out sideways. This type of fighting implement is usually seen as being held by Death, or the Grim Reaper. In Christianity, a scythe is seen as evil, and anyone who carries one is seen as have been contemplating with Death, aka, the Devil.
