2.Too lazy and bum like to get off their ass.

3. One who can sleep past noon almost everyday.

Lia wanted the honey so bad that she grabbed the hive, even though the bees were crawling all over her. Lia, was being a scrumpa.

1.)The complete and utter opposite of class and wealth. Scounging and lax in personal hygiene.
2.)One who looks like they stink before you actually smell them.

Scrumpa-Lumpalis 

The word Scrumpa-Lumpalis was created in 1999 by Kenney Deome. Kenney needed a new word to describe his frustration, and so "Scrumpa-Lumpalis" was born into this world.

1) Absurd, or ridiculous.
2) Doesnt make sense.
