Still True if Rubbed Off or Destroyed. Usually used as a footnote to anything written/sprayed/etched/gouged on a desk, wall, or passing cow. If some vandal was to destroy the original message, it would still be true.
Fatal flaw is that if the original message has become void in the eyes of the writer, it is still STIROOD forever, no matter what they think now
