SQWERK 

SQWERK - An involuntary low "sqweeking" sound made if you are about to say something during a conversation but are in mid thought. It's a mixture of sqweek and Sqwark.

If you are speaking to someone during a conversation listen out for a very low sound made before sentances are said, especially if someone is thinking about what they need to say, you will have to listen very carefully for the SQWERK.
