Ruskii

A gangster or mobster of or close to russian decent. It is encouraged that one doesn't mess with a Ruskii upon getting thier ass kicked. This term started in schools by students on the eastern united states and symbolizes fear in students not of or close to russian decent. Ruskiis are unafraid and not to be fooled aroud with. Beware Pesdas!
