Someone who is really stupid, actually super stupid, a real dipshit with a touch of tard. In fact, they certainly don't even know or have an inkling they are a Rero. However, everyone who crosses paths with an individual of this caliber can see it immediately. On top of that, if you place an individual like this in a room of idiots , their demeanor sets them a head above the rest without them even having to open their mouth. You would say.
