A retarded realtor, aka all realtors.

The Realtard fooled me into paying $500k for a 1 bedroom condo in Miami in 2006, claiming that real estate "ALWAYS GOES UP!" The Realtard got a 6% commission off of that sale, for a total of $30k in his pocket. Here I sit in 2010, squatting in my pre-foreclosure condo which is now only worth $200k.

Realtard

Someone who is operating in society and appears, by all means, to be "normal" and fully functional in their mental capacities. This person is not diagnosed as mentally challenged or retarded in any way, and yet they find ways to do things that are so stupid and moronic that they end up hurting themselves, ruining their careers and/or getting themselves posted on the news, YouTube and other social medias. The act is so bad, that it is disrespectful to those people in this world that actually do have mental retardation and/or are mentally challenged.

Example 1:
Did you hear about Plaxico Buress, the NFL player? He shot HIMSELF in the leg at a nightclub and now he's going to prison for 2 years. Man, that guy is a realtard.

Example 2:
That Tiger guy is a Realtard, he was the greatest golfer in the world and was on pace to break the record for Majors, but he could not keep it in his pants. When his wife found out, she chased him down the street with his own clubs and beat the shit out of his car until he crashed into a tree. That's about as Realtarded as it gets...

A person who plays MMORPGs only to flame/spam the global chat room with caps lock typing, unnecessary punctuation, misspelled common words, unintelligible sentences, excessive emoticons, and/or conspiracy theories about the top players instead of actually playing the game and/or making friends. They are easily spotted by their desperate grasping for attention and vast amounts of time spent playing while having one of the weakest accounts in the game.

Somewhat similar to the concept of a frenemy, a "relatard" is someone who is retarded (not in the literal sense) that you only associate with because they're related to you by blood or marriage.

If Joe weren't my cousin, I would never associate with him. Freakin' relatard!
