Reimbursement of payment for a cruise when da boat you were riding in fetched up on da rocks.

Da pilot of our tour-boat was smokin' a REEFER and thus did not observe da shallowly-submerged ledge; we were stuck there for several hours till another boat came to offload us all, and so da cruise-line gave us all a REEFUND.
