Heather: he asked me how to spell "orange" last week. He's an idiot.
Becky: but he's so preeeeety
Heather: he's a pretty idiot. A prettidiot, if you will.
Becky: I'd still sit on it tho

Prettidiot

A pretty idiot. Most every attractive woman I’ve met. Idiots. Unimformed.

She doesn’t have a lot going for, but she is certainly a prettidiot. A pretty idiot.
